Hi, I’m Grace Margritz, a portrait photographer based in Colorado Springs, specializing in senior portraits, children’s portraits, family photography, and couples sessions. I’m passionate about creating meaningful, emotional images that celebrate every season of life. I proudly serve Colorado Springs and nearby cities, including Monument, Castle Rock, and surrounding areas.

My senior portraits go beyond traditional yearbook photos. I take the time to get to know your teen—their personality, style, passions, and dreams—so their images feel true to who they are in this moment. I also offer 6th- and 8th-grade sessions that gently capture the beautiful transitions of growing up, before those phases become memories we wish we could revisit.

As a family and couples photographer, I focus on connection over perfection. I want you to feel comfortable, seen, and supported, so I can capture the real moments—the laughter, the closeness, the quiet gestures—that make your relationships one of a kind.

A big part of my heart comes from my volunteer work with The Gold Hope Project, where I’ve photographed pediatric cancer warriors and their families. It’s an experience that has changed me at my core. Bearing witness to their strength, love, and resilience has reminded me over and over again how precious every moment is. Because of this, I approach every client session with genuine intention, heart, and gratitude. It’s also one of the biggest reasons I believe so strongly in printed photographs. There is something incomparable about holding a memory in your hands; something permanent, meaningful, and worthy of being passed down for generations.

Photography, to me, is far more than capturing a beautiful image—it’s preserving the moments that shape your life. I am deeply passionate about heirloom albums, folio boxes, and wall art - any tangible piece. Because I believe your story deserves to be held, not hidden behind a screen.
