INVESTMENT INFORMATION

The Session Fee is $200

Session fee covers the photographer’s time, consultation, and cost of preparing for the session, such as travel to locations and/or equipment setup. It is non-taxable.

Product Collection (album, folio box) and Digital Packages are sold separately.

The Senior Year Experience

High school senior year is a major milestone — not just for your teen, but for you as a parent too. It’s a time filled with excitement, anticipation, and maybe a few happy tears. My goal is to make this high school senior photo session not only stress-free but also unforgettable. From start to finish, we’ll work together to create meaningful images that celebrate your high school senior’s personality, achievements, and everything that makes this moment so special.

The Consultation — Zoom or Phone Call

During this relaxed consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, choose meaningful locations, review wardrobe options with styling tips, and answer any questions. This step helps your senior feel confident and ensures I can capture their true spirit.

The Session — Where the Magic Happens

Session day is all about bringing our plan to life! In a relaxed, upbeat atmosphere, I’ll guide your senior with natural posing, outfit changes, and plenty of movement to capture their true personality. Parents are encouraged to join — some of the best moments happen behind the scenes!

The Preview Gallery

After the session, you’ll receive a private, watermarked preview gallery to review and select your favorite images for products like albums or folio boxes or digitals. Once you've made your choices, I’ll fully edit them and get everything ready for the final reveal.

The Delivery

After I have completed editing your images:

  • If you are purchasing digital files, I will send you the final gallery so you can download your images right away.

  • If you are purchasing products, I will provide a preview link showing how your selected images will appear in your album.

Please note that product delivery can take between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the photo lab’s production schedule. Once your products are ready, I will personally deliver them to you.

PHOTOGRAPHER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING SENIOR PHOTOS TO THE SCHOOL. PHOTOGRAPHER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE DEADLINE DATE OF SENIOR PHOTO SUBMISSION. PARENT OR CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE PHOTOGRAPHER ALL THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SENIOR PHOTO BEFORE THE SESSION.

FAQs AS A COLORADO SPRINGS SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHER

  • The best time to book is a few months in advance, especially if you would like your photos done in summer or early fall before school deadlines.

  • Most senior sessions last about 1-2 hours, depending on the package, locations, and outfit changes.

  • I photograph high school seniors at outdoor locations that highlight their personality and style. I have a list of favorite spots, but I always suggest to pick your senior’s favorite location or somewhere personal to them.

  • Yes! You are welcome to bring a parent, sibling, or furry friend for a few shots - just let me know in advance so we can include this plan to your senior session.

  • Final, edited images are delivered in a private online gallery within 1-2 weeks. During busy seasons, it may take slightly longer, but I will keep you updated along the way.

  • Yes, light natural editing is included. I make sure your I mages look polished while keeping your looking like you.

  • Albums are by far the most popular choice! They are the perfect way to showcase all your favorite images in one beautiful, story-style book. Parents love having a tangible keepsake to look back on, and seniors enjoy seeing their entire session come to life on printed pages.

    Digital images are great for sharing on social media, but albums are what families treasure most - something real, lasting, and meant to be enjoyed for generations.

  • YES! When you purchase an album or folio box, the digital images included in your design are complimentary. Every photo you choose for your album also comes with the matching digital file. It’s the best of both worlds: something beautiful to hold, and digitals to share.
