Our Teen Portrait experience is designed to capture who your child is in this moment - their personality, interests, confidence, and the qualities that make them uniquely themselves. Whether they are graduating from elementary school, transitioning into junior high, preparing for high school, or simply marking another meaningful year of growth, these portraits preserve memories that pass all along too quickly.

One of our most loved traditions are our 6th Grade Portrait session and our 8th Grade Portrait session, created especially for students celebrating the important transition from elementary to junior high and from junior high to high school.

  • I photograph children of all ages, capturing their milestones in a way that truly reflects who they are. Whether it’s a simple, natural portrait that celebrates their personality “as they are,” or a carefully crafter fine art heirloom image with detailed editing, each session is designed to preserve these fleeting moments.

  • My most popular sessions are 6th grade portraits and 8th grade portraits. Beautiful transitional stages where children are growing into themselves, yet still holding on to the sweetness of childhood. These portraits make timeless keepsakes, honoring not just the milestone itself, but the story of who they are becoming.

  • Digital package usually last 30 minutes. Product package usually last 1-1.5 hours due to wardrobe change and change of locations.

  • Comfort is key! Choose outfits that your little ones can move and play in. Choose outfits that your teen feels comfortable in and style that reflects who they are. If purchasing a Product package, I highly recommend including a formal gown as one of the wardrobe changes. The added elegance creates a striking, heirloom-quality portraits with exceptional visual impact.

  • Product turnaround time is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the photo lab’s production schedule and the specific items ordered. I will keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your finished artwork.

  • I specialize in delivering high-quality products such as heirloom albums, folio boxes, and custom wall art. Each image you select for your chosen product includes the matching complimentary digital file, so you can enjoy both the beauty of printed artwork and the convenience of digitals.
